The Role of the HEAD OF BULGARIA OPERATIONS is to ensure the smooth operational process is in regards to effectively leading a team of people and managing.
- Prepare a business plan, according to pre-set goals;
- Responsible for marketing strategy, promotions, distribution of goods, logistic, deliveries customer service set up, collecting receivables;
- Be able to find all staff needed, as sales representatives, and to come up with clear business strategy;
- To have clear idea how to establish and set up the sales organization, motivation scheme for sales force;
- Analyzing the project status through driving performance, by demonstrating effective management and leadership to meet and exceed KPIs indicators;
- Making sure all levels are meeting the requirements for their specific role within the company and delivering results as per the set targets and objectives;
- Preparing regular reports that on both individuals, the team and project’s activity as a whole.
Профил на кандидата
- At least five years previous working experience in a senior sales management position;
- University degree, Economics and/ or Management background would be considered as an advantage;
- Strong negotiating experience, in sanitary, plumbing, installation, bathrooms sector would be considered as a big plus;
- Very good English;
- Knowing and having some experience of finance and HR to be able to act accordingly in the beginning with lawyers, banks, tax advisors, etc. to build up the company from the beginning.
