Job Description

• Provide information or other assistance by phone/email/chat • Obtain accurate customer details • Have detailed knowledge of the company's product portfolio • Provide excellent service that will improve the customer loyalty and satisfaction • Escalate issues when they cannot be resolved locally

Candidate Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of either: German, Japanese or Portuguese (C1 level) • Working knowledge of English ( B2 level) • Great communication skills • Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills • Openness to new experience • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
