• Execute, manage and lead a set of Office 365 customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process
• Assist Office 365 customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology
• Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement
• Feedback for Office 365 Onboarding and entire deployment cycle
• Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT
• Be responsive to customer needs
• Develop, foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services\Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics
• Be recognized as an Office 365 engineering Onboarding Leader (m/f)

• Proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership
• Excellent technical and product knowledge of how to onboard and migrate customers to the Cloud, Office 365, Skype for Business, InTune, Office ProPlus, Mail migrations, etc.
- Active Directory

- MS Exchange
- SharePoint migration
• Working experience with Microsoft or a Microsoft Partner on similar projects in the previous couple of years
• Fluent in English and German
