An important multinational company from the electronic measurement sector requires a Customer Service for Spain and Mexico Department with high level of english and native spanish for their offices in Barcelona
- You will take care os customer relations management: investigate issues that occur after sales and clarifying mismatching payments with customers, accounting and business.
- It is important to maintain customer accounts and good documentation and to follow-up rigorously on payment reminders.
- In addition, you will be working for other Europe and Latin American countries (Spain and Mexico)
- Your key objective will be to reduce the number of days our invoices ere unpaid and maintain the quality of the aging of invoices.
Long Term Contract (7-8 months)
Perfil del candidat/a
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy or similar.
- Experience working in Administration Department in Spain and or Mexico is highly valued together with an international background
- Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
- Native Spanish and High Level of English.
- The candidate should be able to deal with occasional stress and take on additional responsabilities.
