An important company leader in Biotechnologies sector needs to incorporate in their offices located in Barcelona a Payroll and HR Administrator with high level of English and Intermediate level of French. The company is a prime producer and supplier of electronic test and measurement equipment. The headquarters are in Santa Clara, California, USA. Here, in Barcelona, they have a European administrator hub. Within this hub, they also cover Payroll and RH Services for 12 European countries. Due to an important IT project, they are looking for help to the UK, France and Spain payroll team.
-Support payroll tasks for UK, France and Spain
-Control payroll input versus output data, understand trends, and explain differences.
-Help employees on enquiries about their pay-slips, contracts, absences, etc.
-Support the team with tasks related to project management.
-Gross Annual Salary from 24000E to 26000E + Tickets Restaurant 7.79E per day
-Long term Cont
Perfil del candidat/a
- We are looking for an analytical, organized and flexible person with a positive actitud.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Business administration experience. Ideally in an area like payroll, project management, controlling or HR IT.
- Fluent English.
- Intermediate French.
- Will be considerate any other European language.
