As a technical expert, you will fulfill a crucial technical role in the Global Deployment, Support & Development of the organization ´s CRM toolset.
Your main focus points include:
Performing system setups and configuration for new deployments of the CRM system.
Creating technical designs for new feature requests.
Executing approved change and new feature requests.
Liaising and coordinating with suppliers in relation to escalated issues os system enhancements.
Assist with managing the CRM Systems roadmap.
As part of a small team, you will assist the Global and Local deployment and Support team where and when needed with system adminitration, testing, configuration and data loads when possible/needed.
You have a Bachelor or a Master in ICT or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Certifications (or equivalent experience): Salesforce Administrator,Sales Cloud, Salesforce Developer (os equivalent experience).
You have experience with managing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud Orgs in a global enterprise enviroment.
You know how to analyze new feature requests and develop functionality within Salesforce limitations.
Experience with Sales and Other Enterprise and CRM applications is a plus.
