An important multinational company dedicated to Biotechnology sector needs to incorporate a Customer Service with Spanish & English.
- Main tasks:
Responsible for interfacing with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Responds to and/or provides assistance to internal customers and trade customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, product changes or returns, application assistance, accounts receivable collections contract issues/administration or lease administrations. Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment. Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity.
Times: from 9.00 a.m to 18.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday
Gross Anual Salary: 21.500E + Ticket Restaurant 7.79E per day
Higher education or specialized training/certification in Economics or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of English & Native Spanish
