Important commercial distribution company needs to incorporate staff.
The candidate's main responsibilities are:
- Support sales and quality control departments: ope accounts and new sales opportunities; Buy new samples and manage sample stock; Register and label new product/samples; Send samples and follow up package deliveries; Create and send product technical specifications; Send quotes to customers; Follow up opportunities and tenders; Issue purchasing orders; Resquest and follow up inspection reports;
- Visit clients and brief them about our poducts and services
- Manage some acoocunts
- Will report directly to the Qualitiy control manager and will liaise on a frequent basis with the Supply Chain and Design departments and the Chinese offices.
Perfil del candidato
- Degree in Business Administratios, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or any related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in a sales or sales support function.
- Strong wonrking knowledge of the sale process
- Excellent english and spanish language skills
- Ability to track simultaneously and folorr up on a number of different projects
- Microsoft Office package
- Proven ability to cope with tight deadlines and stress
Will be desirable but not essential:
-Experience working in a multicultural environment
- IT and ERM system savvy (previous experience with Salesforce/SAP/Oracle or any order ERM; Please indicate)
Job Conditions and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: 20,000€
- Months as temporary contract, if passes the three month contract, the candidate will be incorporated in the company.
Working Hours: Complete
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 09.00-17.00h
