Job Description

Be the point of contact for HR related queries; Process HR documentation, such as contracts of employment, reference letters, work certificates etc.; Process payroll and benefits data; Perform data and payroll audits and reporting; Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation;

Candidate Qualifications

Fluent English; Min. 2 years of experience in Polish Payroll and HR Administration; Good understanding of Polish Labour Law and Payroll rules; Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills; Accuracy; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Flexibility and willingness to learn; High level of professionalism and confidentiality; Strong team player; Experience in UK Payroll and HR Administration will be an advantage;
