Job Description

My client’s business has shown great growth and due to this they have to distribute the responsibility of one individual into 4 different roles in their Human Resources Division. They are now looking for an Learning and Development Manager to participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships. This role will require you to keep abreast of trends, training development material and reskilling of employees.

Candidate Qualifications

• Ensure the delivery of internal training and development to staff members for career enhancement • Oversee the development, maintenance and expansion of an e-learning platform and e-resource • Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals • Create training guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials • Be responsible for providing career profile guidance to employees

Candidate Skills

• Human Resource degree or equivalent qualification • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role in the retail industry • Training facilitator qualification • Advanced MS Office skills • Good attention to detail • Facilitation skills • Project Management Skills
