Job Description

To co-ordinate and perform all HR related administrative functions  Execution and co-ordination of administrative tasks pertaining to retirement funds, medical aid, employee records and other benefits  Compile management statistics and reports  Processing and administration of appointments, promotions and transfer contracts  Assist with the administration of appointments in respect of weekly paid staff  Assist with HR related tasks:-IR, Recruitment and Social Transformation Programme.

Candidate Qualifications

Matric or equivalent, preferably with a Diploma/ degree in HR or progress towards the qualification  Knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR  A minimum of 2 years related HR experience

Candidate Skills

 Written and oral communication skills  Administrative skills  PC literacy, with a good working knowledge of Excel  Ability to generate schedules and Excel spreadsheets  Figure orientated  Co-ordination and planning skills  Interpretation skills  Customer service orientation
