Job Description

To provide assistance to the Executive team with the daily running of the operation  Stock control including assisting with weekly and monthly stock takes  Take control of all the Prep & Staff.  Maintain food costs as prescribed by the line manager  To ensure suitable profit margins throughout the operation via cost saving, stock levels and wastage controls  To ascertain short falls and to suggest resolutions to operational challenges  Be able to work in a team and have strong interpersonal skills, including the management of staff  Passionate, honest, reliable and a hard worker, willing to be involved in all aspects of the operation

Candidate Qualifications

Matric Advantageous  Relevant Certifications Advantageous

Candidate Skills

Min 3 years previous experience in a similar environment  Flexibility with regards to working hours  Able to work under pressure  Fully Computer literate  Knowledge of Fedics Hygiene & Quality standards essential
