Job Description

I am a Talent Acquisition Specialist currently assisting top clients in their industries to place a knowledgeable Industrial Relations Manager with sound knowledge of Labour law. This opportunity is ideal for an IR Manager who is looking into exercise their analytical skills by analysing statistical data in order to determine potential personal grievances and implement strategic solutions for the relevant organisations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. • Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and potential personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling question and assisting in resolving work related problems

Candidate Skills

• Human Resource degree or equivalent qualification • Min 5 years’ experience dealing with the CCMA • Min 5 years’ experience in Labour Law • At least 4-6 years in a managerial position • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Advanced MS Office skills • Good attention to detail • Facilitation skills • Project Management Skills
