Job Description

The Remuneration and Benefits Specialist is responsible for partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to facilitate the achievement of business objectives whilst maintaining accountability for the end-to-end delivery of organizational remuneration and benefits processes. The role is also responsible for providing advice and support to the business on the principles, systems and frameworks that govern the total reward philosophy of the organisation

Candidate Qualifications

Proven working experience as a remuneration and benefits specialist • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems • Previous experience with organisational psychology and labour market surveys • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Tertiary qualification in human resources, business administration
