Job Description

Responsible for direct selling and / or sell-through of EM or Private Label products, offering lubrication solutions and on behalf of EMPC or EAME affiliates, negotiating contracts with designated customers, to achieve the sales plan within a given geography either directly or in conjunction with designated EM Distributors and/or Alliances.• Business KPIs defined in scorecard to be reviewed and agreed on a yearly basis ( basis: P&B) o Volume, GM, pipeline management • Travel and support within designated geographies as business needs require • Participation in zone and/or global work teams as required (e.g. SGA Team) • Active cross functional network utilization and account team lead function ( Technical, Field Marketing, S&D, BSC functions) • Negotiate Customer contracts • Ensure appropriate distribution network and support product introduction, forecast demand, support inventory management, ensure compliance with standard offer, manage emergency deliveries • P&B input (Volume, NSR, GM), define initiatives and required OPEX budget for customers • Implement Sales & Marketing programs consistently with Accounts strategy: o Set up products pricing following guidance, provide pricing insights o Develop customer account plan, promote benefit selling: TCO approach, Proof of Performance o Conduct technical training & coaching, provide product and application support, support handling of technical complaints o Feedback customer needs and contribute to further improve Marketing programs

Candidate Qualifications

• Superior understanding of the CVL sector within the assigned market geography, with basic knowledge of PVL and IND • Detailed knowledge & understanding of product & service offering, application and technical expertise, any associated offering through distributors and/or third parties • Commercial Vehicles, Mining, Gas engines application and technical expertise • Expertise in development of comprehensive supply and services agreements. May include multiple locations, either direct supply or in conjunction with designated EM Distributors and/or Alliances, coordination with Fuels Marketing, support and input on Global or Regional proposals • Full understanding of CVL & PVL Strategic Global Accounts strategies, organization and specific requirements • Full knowledge & understanding of contracting processes and of Trader Account Guidelines • Training and coaching skills, notions of Marketing • Decision-Making & Business Judgment • Coordination & Teamwork, Influence without formal authority • Effectively Managing External Relationships including multicultural environments

Candidate Skills

• Fluent in English language • Frequent travel to other countries: full understanding of Global Security processes (travel restrictions, JMP), safety awareness (Driving, Field visits) • Must be able to work efficiency from a home office • Ensure Alignment between SGA and cluster sales organizations • Professional experience in Sales (preferably B2B, Industrial, Marine) and technical background, preferably Engineering University degree • 5 Years of Service
