Job Description

Manages Service Center Operations: - Manages the overall support operations for Regional service center to Retail, C&I, Aviation, VOC and Lubricant business units - Identifies areas of future value to business in terms of assuming administration and support function thereby facilitating sales field staff to focus on customer profitability - Ensures consistent delivery of superior services to customers through handling of customers’ transactions, requests, inquiries, and complaints - Drives continuous improvement in the service center operations, other areas of the business that impact service center operations, and promotes increased use of the self-service channel means to address customer requirements Responsible for operating within the expense budget and to create a culture of continuous cost reduction within the service centers - Utilizes key performance indicators to measure the productivity of the service center Manages Organizational Capability and People Development: - Develops, coaches, influences and mentors people within the Service Center organization to deliver operational results - Responsible for the communication, deployment and enforcement of company policies and internal controls - Responsible for developing employees with the capabilities and skills required to meet organizational needs for the future • Safety and Operational Excellence: -Creates a culture where operational excellence and audit/process controls ensure sound business practices -Ensures that general safety and Loss Prevention tools are used in the service centers to address high risks areas and achieve an incident/injury free work environment • Budget Management: -Develops and manages service center operating expense budgets. Controls and monitors actual expenses vis-a-vis the budget

Candidate Qualifications

• MBA degree • Knowledge and experience in Retail, C&I, Aviation and/or Lubricants businesses in the oil and gas industry Bachelor’s degree in any field • Previous experience in marketing, sales, and/or support (back-office) work • Managerial/Team Lead/Supervisory experience
