Meet monthly sales targets as agreed upon for the Direct Sales
Sells available advertising time according to the Sales Policy to ensure that income requirements are met and value contributions to clients are ensured and measured
Continuously ensure that subject matter knowledge obtained through training is being implemented to improve effectiveness & efficiency
Conduct relevant precall research and planning
Ensures briefs to marketing/ programming and production are completed timorously and correctly
Provide the Sales Manager with an activity report meetings, sales and pipelines business
Uses and interprets media surveys and other marketing tools essential to the sales function
National Sales and Marketing Diploma
Previous radio and media experience
Knowledge of Marketing and Selling techniques.
Experience in penetrating small business market
Proficient experience in sales support and promotions is essential.
Experience in customer service orientation and sensitivity.
Focused and ability to handle pressure.
Experience in the radio and media industry
