Job Description

•Monthly variance analysis and reporting to group- Actuals vs budget/ forecast • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and the consolidation • Prepare forecast and budgeting reporting • Ensure monthly results reported on Hyperion is accurate • Manage the preparation and review of annual financial statements • Manage the annual external and internal audit processes. Assist with COBIT 5 compliance as required • Implement and oversee internal control processes • Manage and ensure IFRS and tax compliance • Manage the annual tax return process and pre-filing audit with External auditors • Review the tax returns and ensure items have been dealt with correctly ito Tax act • Manage the process of preparation and submission of Tax and VAT returns , provisional payments to SARS and participate in tax planning • Manage SARS relationship and handle all SARS queries timeously • Staff management of 3 direct reports • Management of Legal and Compliance • Negotiate and review contracts • Prepare and manage detailed 24 month rolling cash flow forecast monthly and submit to Group • Manage the treasury function including Forex and cash management and negotiation of banking facilities • Manage working capital • Review and approve weekly cash forecast, transfer cash between accounts and supplier payments • Obtain and negotiate terms of FEC's • Foreign payment forms must be accurately completed and submitted to the bank with appropriate supporting documents for payment deadlines to be met and payments to be captured on time • Ensure reserve bank applications are submitted and approved on time • Daily cash reporting to Group

Candidate Qualifications

•Commercially astute CA (SA) with minimum 3 years’ management experience in a similar role • Proven experience in financial management with preparation of budgets and reporting • Experience in compiling of business plans • Understanding of the ICT industry preferable • Corporate governance and statutory experience • Hyperion knowledge advantageous • Qerent knowledge advantageous • CaseWare knowledge advantageous
